Senior Project Update

For my senior project, I was given the opportunity to delve into any topic of my choosing and complete a project that I am passionate about. I chose to research benefit corporations and research the influence of certification on a company's performance. The research paper can be found here.

After completing my research, I have decided to apply what I learned to my own company. So, for the next three weeks beginning March 30th, 2024, all proceeds will go towards a different nonprofit organization that I care about each week. Additionally, each week a new product will be made inspired by the cause of the week!

This Week's Organization: Girls Inc.

Girls Inc. is "guided by the vision of powerful girls who contribute to their communities in meaningful ways." They strive to provide mentorship opportunities and spaces for young women and girls to thrive in and out of the classroom. All proceeds from the sale of jewelry this week will be donated to Girls Inc. of St. Louis.

About Me

Hi! My name is Ellie, and I started Jewelry by Ellie at 14. It started as a way to help people smile during COVID, but grew to be something I really enjoy doing. At first, I was delivering small bracelets and necklaces to friends at school, but I slowly started to branch out and see a bigger audience. I was looking for cheap high quality everyday jewelry, and I couldn't find anything that was my taste so I started to make my own!
